Steven Assael Film

I don't mention Steven Assael much here because of the lack of demonstrations I've found. But this is nearly a demonstration. Steven draws a beautiful figure drawing in pencil and discusses his approach to art. Steven is a superstar of modern realism, and his work... how can I say this?... rocks.

If your computer can manage HQ and full screen viewing, I recommend you use both.

Philip de Laszlo painting a mannequin

An interesting peek at his process. All artists should wear formal attire while painting!

For the record, the definition of mannequin includes live fashion models. Or, at least, it did in those days.

Silent black and white video.
